Brazilian Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) flank steak (or skirt steak)
- 1 teaspoon of salt flakes
Chimichurri Ingredients
- ½ a cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt flakes
- ½ teaspoon of finely cracked black pepper
- ½ a cup of parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
