Gochujang Chicken Skewers
Gochujang chicken skewers are an easy and super tasty meal to make for a BBQ or weeknight dinner. Plus chicken is still very cheap. Eating spicy food is the perfect way to make sure you get to drink more.

Ingredients
- 1kg (2.2 lbs) chicken thighs, cut into bite-size chunks
Seasoning Marinade
- 2 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp kecap manis
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Gochujang paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
