Our stainless steel Skewer Holder gives you an easy, no-fuss way to grill shashliks, kebabs or anything on a stick with your Weber® Go-Anywhere™. It slots onto the long sides of the GA bowl or onto a 100mm or 200mm GA Riser, holding your skewers at the ideal height for even cooking over charcoal or gas.
The stepped slot design grips each skewer securely and the shape of the slots prevents your kebabs from rolling or spinning. That means you can turn each skewer exactly when you want to and cook every side evenly without any fiddling or flare-ups.
